Order Of Operations:

1. In the main menu, press "Data Entry".
2. In the page that opened, press "Advanced data", then "Change Number".
3. Enter the the numbers of sheep whose number you would like to change.
4. For each sheep entered, you can change Govt number and/or the usual number.
5. Press "Save" to apply the changes.
